Are we compensating for something?

You might not become a muscle bound freak. You can't work out very hard 3x a day, your body can't take it and you are chancing injury and your immune system will weaken. You're body needs rest. You don't grow while you work out other than blood being drawn around muscles and a swollen look, you grow while you resting. Less can be more.

If you're going to work out this much I recommend the Right/Left technique:
First work out only on the right side of your body, next time only the left. This way gives your muscles have a little longer to rest and you'll grow into a muscle bound freak even faster! Just make sure you're even - you don't want to get much bigger on ONE side!

lift 3 hours a day alternating each day lower body one day next day upper body adding more weight each day you will get big real quick this way. increase your diet to 5000 calories a day too,if you try to work on your body without giving it at least 1 day rest you will cause more harm than good.
