I purchased a camcorder battery on Ebay using Paypal. I recieved the battery and it didn't work at all. I sent it back recorded delievery over a month ago and haven't heard anything since. He has recieved it because I used Royal mail track and trace online. I want my money back. What can I do?

She has some assets, but not enough to continue paying for the nursing home on her own. What do we do with her assets, so she will qualify for Medicaid when the two years that are paid by long term insurance are up? She has a house and some money in the bank, but it costs $160 a day in the nursing home. We don't understand how Medicaid works and if they take all her assets which she worked hard for and would like to leave to her children. Any help would be appreciated, especially from personal experience. We are planning to see an attorney who specializes in elder issues.

WindowsXP, QuickTime 7.04, No echo happens in other players (wmp, real, itunes etc.), "Safe Mode" (waveOut only) is on. I have fooled around switching audio devices for playback but none of the 3 have worked (playback through TotalRecorder, SoundMax Digital Audio, Tunebite High-Speed Dubbing).
Please answer/suggest something if you can. This is very annoying. THANKS!!

A few years ago, while I was in the Navy, I was with a few friends in a hotel room they were staying in, and we got a little rowdy. We found a Bible in the drawer under the TV, and in a fit of passion, I tossed it out onto the balcony and doused it in my own urine.

Now I'm not someone who finds any purpose in regret, so I don't regret doing what I did. But I'm left wondering... does soaking every page in the Holy Bible with my own bodily fluids guarantee me a one-way ticket to Beulzabub?

I have this boyfriend, and he's really nice and sweet and all, but my family doesn't like him. he's not 'good enough' for me. they don't really know we're together, but they don't even want him as my friend. it's not like they forbid me to be with him, but they will make fun of me for it, and tease me, and i'll never hear the end of it.
my friends don't think he's good enough for me either, or even complete strangers. He was good enough for other girls, but when it comes to me, i 'can do so much better' so what do i do?

so my moms family HATES me... Im not rude to them or disrespectful tword them unless they act that way to me. but they dont liek that i dye my hair or have piercing. and my aunt hasnt talked to me since may b/c she said that the relationship i was in wasnt a real relationship b/c im to young (im 18) and i was with the guy 3 years and i told her that it her opinon wasnt going to change anything..and my g-pa talks about me behind me my back to my brother... they all tell me i need another job and need to make more moeny..when i alredy have a fine job...none of them act like i have real feelings. what do i do?..im not aplogizing b/c i didnt do anything wrong!

I went out with this girl about 2-3 years ago, but she broke up with me, her friend told me she still have feelings for me about 3 months later, but i didnt do anything cause i was stupid and young. Now I see her about everyday and i just can't get my mind off her, whenever im around her i get this weird feeling and i get very shy and nervous, that i normally not get around anyone.
