I think it is true. Because certain elements only exist in diatomical form. Like the element oxygen only exists as O2. But is this a trick question?

Well this is sort of hard to answer true/false when you have atoms/molecules.

The smallest part of an element is an atom. It is NOT a molecule. A molecule is formed when two or more elements form to make something.

Oxygen can exist by itself. Granted most of the time we see it as O2.

The first part of this question is to choose either atoms or molecules. If you choose atoms, then the answer is true. If you choose molecules, then the answer is false.

The atom and molecule are from the minute particles exterior bases equivically rotating in movements that gather information of the true neccesity of that particle which can sometimes be know as that base part of the charted bioma structure and it's magnetism quality is usually relavant to any of the diatomes which enable those particles to roam freely so true.

Unique to any element: Atoms yes, Molecules no.

Since the key boolean operator in this question is an "OR", either atom or molecule can be true to get an final true.

be careful when answering true/false questions.
it is either completely true or false
the key word here is OR
atoms are unique to elements but not molecules because they are made of atoms.
read the question very carefully
