hrmm....grease/fat.....either your taking a pill that blocks fat from getting through or something in your diet is doing it naturally...that happened to me when I was taking a pill to do that.

This is not meant to be funny but do you eat a lot of orange foods, carrots, sweet potatoes and so on. Veggies do have oils(hense vegetable oil) so you may be eating too much of the yellow/orange and not enough of the green and the white. Put more variety in the veggies you eat. or It may just be the water in the toilet. How long has this been happening and is your diet the same as always. If it is then you may want to ask a Dr.

You're not properly digesting your food and the oils/grease are passing through. If you have this situation frequently you should see your doctor for assessment. If it's infrequent then just avoid foods high in fat content.

bm=bowel movement? It could be the side effect of your medication or you could be bleeding internally.

but not all is converted to body use
take carrots they do not break down easy & will show up as undigested pieces
