When you look for a job, and it does not say how much. You send the resume anway., When the time you get called, you ask the HR, the refuse to tell you the range, they either want to discuss with you at the interview or they will ask you what you range is. If I give my range too high on the phone, I will lose the job interview, If I give it too low, I will lose the value of my pay. How do you ask for salary range? yes, sure, you may say go to salary.com, but other than that, is there any way you can ask before interview without wasting your time?

I know our parents were concerned , and it is in my opion getting worse . Teens killing teens . Drive by's . Rampid drug abuse . Where do we go from here ? I call to make an appointment and I ask how much they would charge me for the services I will be receiving, they tell me $80. I get there and they do it then next thing I know they say $120. I say but I thought it was $80 and they "Oh no not for you, you have a lot of hair" (mind you the hair dresser just told me that she deals with people with a lot more hair than mine). I understand maybe charging me $10-$20 more but Jeez $40 more. And why don't they tell you when they start working on your hair in the beginning, "Listen I know I told you $80, but you need more work than I thought so it will be more."
Who else feels this way and after paying that much and coming home and seeing that the highlights are quite brassy after making it clear that's NOT what I want should she fix it for free now.

After 4 years of trying to make things work, I finally found the courage to end my relationship with a man I really love. He was always a player, here on the net and with women in our own town. I got a diamond 3 years ago and we talked marriage the whole time, two weeks ago he wanted to marry me, he said he was so ready now and promised me I would be his one and only. I ended everything, I knew it would never work. I wrote and told him I love him, he was all I ever wanted but because of his playing ways I knew I would never be the only one. He was with a new woman the night we split!! yea, that night, I just wrote and asked him to say goodbye and said I would always love him, he wrote back, mad as could be and told me he was NOT alone and to stay the --- out of his life. Is it possible he is so upset because he does still love me and mad he can't have me?

I THOUGHT I copied all my cd's and other music files onto one dvd disc but I've just realized that only half of my collection went on the disc!!! And of course I've deleted the folder that had everything so now I'm up the creek! I've read that there are ways to retrieve files that have been deleted so somebody please tell me how it's done.

im very pale but i have rosey cheeks and a light pinkish colour on my skin .... i have absolulty have no spots and blemishes or anything like that .... but i was just wondering is it anattractive to guys and should i get a tan? The reason i ask is that i was charged with a DWI, i had returned home after about two hours being out. I was invited to breakfast, and went back out where i was subsequently arrested. In between, i had brushed my teeth and rinsed with mouthwash. I hadn't considered these as a factor until someone mentioned it. My breathalizer test registered a .22, which seemed absurdly high.
