If your home page is changing chances are either some application on your computer (such as BearShare) is changing it (or in some instances the sites you visit or those that pop-up may contain scripts to change your home page) OR someone else in your house may be changing it to meet there preferences, which doesn't seem likely because most people are more considerate than that. But if your using Internet explorer or anything of that sort, this is not a password issue at all as ssuggested by the first answer.
You may consider making sure you have no adware or malware on your computer that be changing this for you. Ad-Aware SE Personal edition is a free security tool from www.lavasoft.com and is Microsoft signed and certified. Once you've downloaded and installed, make sure you click the globe to check for updates (do this often, at least once a week) and then perform a "full system scan". This takes a bit longer, but is much more effective.

Not to waste anybodies time, but all the people saying Spyware are spot-on. Ad-aware and Spybot Search & Destroy are good products. I would also recommend a third; Ewido.
www.ewido.net
I've ran the first two and Ewido still found items that it deemed suspicious. You can run the free online scan but you need Activex (i.e. Firefox won't work so you will need IE), or you can download a trial copy of the software.
One of these products should provide you with protection to prevent your homepage from being changed without consent. You might even want to check into zonelab products for such protection.

Check for spyware. Some of those reset the home page. Run both Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/) to remove any spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Then go to microsoft.com and download Defender to protect against future infections. All three programs are free.

this looks like an act of some malicious spamware program. Download the free version of Lavasoft adware program and run it and let it clean your system. Hopefully everything would be ok after that.
