Sorry to say, but the only sure way is to not have sexual relations, period! Of course the use of condoms is also a help, but not always a complete success.

Virus theory of AIDS is so weak. Meth, Cocaine/Crack, Heroin, steroids, excessive antibiotics - this is the cause of AIDS in the US.
If it was a virus, then lots of regular people would have it - but they dont. AIDS is still just a drug using straight or gay person disease.
Be objective.
