Sorry to say, but the only sure way is to not have sexual relations, period! Of course the use of condoms is also a help, but not always a complete success.

Virus theory of AIDS is so weak. Meth, Cocaine/Crack, Heroin, steroids, excessive antibiotics - this is the cause of AIDS in the US.
If it was a virus, then lots of regular people would have it - but they dont. AIDS is still just a drug using straight or gay person disease.
Be objective.

Understand what it is, how it is transmitted, and how to minimize your risk. Most lung cancer victims are/were smokers; most HIV/AIDS victims are/were....you fill in the blank. We all know what the answers are but we're reluctant to say them.

2.Everyone should be courageous enough and know about their status,and if infected accept it,be open about it,and exercise self control regarding their sexual activity.
