Instead of Tax breaks for US citizens? Look at the madness 100's of billions on:
Putting the Taliban in power and then taken them out
Putting Sadam Hussain in power and taking him out
Blowing up half of Lebanon and rebuilding it.

By the way i'm a Christian that loves the US, but as one also I hate to see waste and incompetence on such a colossal scale!

A couple years ago, I left my department of 10 years (which I managed) to go work in the IT Department of the company I work for. The guy who replaced me is now coming to IT, meaning my old job is open again. I’m wondering if I should go back to it.

PROS of going back:
I knew my job like the back of my hand.
I enjoyed managing people.
It was a quick pace, which I thrive under.
My old department was entry-level, meaning there were many younger people, which kept me energized.
It was a more visible position.

CONS of going back:
It will cause a dent in my paycheck.
Professionally, I would be moving backwards instead of forwards.
My ego might feel bruised, like admitting I made a mistake in leaving to begin with.
My old staff might interpret my actions in leaving and coming back as flaky, which is not the example I want to set for them.

I am certain that my current position is not a good fit for me, but other factors complicate the decision for me. Should I go back?

My ex boyfriend and I of a year and a half broke up a few days ago because he is so hard to talk to and very explosive. I just asked if he was happy because he puts down everything I have interest in, my friends, and thoughts. The reason I think about how he would be towards another girl is because of how he use to be with me. He use to be affectionate, understanding, draw me baths, and just go out of his way to be a part of this relationship. I don't know what happened for somedays he would confess his love and other days he would be distant. He was never like this in the beginning. I guess my question is, was it me or will he be different towards someone else?

We have a very strong mutual attraction. I know this, despite the fact that we are both very shy. He is absolutly everything I would look for in a guy. Not to mention that he is a god in the looks department and looks more like 35 than 43. And it's not just physical, he truly is a wonderful man inside and out.

Is 15 yrs too much or should I go for it?

I have a 2004 Honda Civic with a CD player, air conditioning, power locks, and windows. It runs great and I love it, but I got in an accident six years ago and insurance is so expensive. We have another car which is crappier but it isn't paid off yet. I would rather sell that one but it wouldn't generate profit. In a year or so, insurance might be cheaper for me. What should I do?

i have been struggling with infertility for 4 yrs and went through ovarian cancer treatments 2 yrs ago. i got clearance from all docs, and we want to do in vitro. due to the cost, we only have 1 shot. i am overweight, will this cause the in vitro to not work? do i have to get all the way down to my "healthy weight" ? how much is enough?
