Firstly, this question should be in the physics category. Basically atom bomb is made by splitting the atom into subatomic particles called photons. Use is made of unstable materials such as uranium, deuterium, plutonium and other elements. The first A bomb was made from uranium 238 an isotope of uranium. The most difficult task is enriching the uranium from the ore(What iran is struggling with). You also need a smaller bomb to detonate the uranium).
Under controlled conditions the same reaction is used to generate electricity at nuclear plants!

Natural uranium is a mixture of isotopes and you need to separate out uranium 238. This can be done by converting the uranium into uranium hexaflouride UF6 which is volatile. As a gas the UF6 containing U238 diffuses more slowly and hence can be separated out. This is slow and needs special cenrifuges.
When you have your U238 you need to know the critical mass. Any lump bigger than this mass will spontaeously explode.
So what you do is this. Take two lumps each about 3/4 the critical mass and put them at opposite ends of a tube. Put a small explosive charge behind one of them.
To fire the bomb set the charge off. The two bits of uranium collide and form a piece that exceeds the critical mass. BANG!

I hope some people not need learn how make to atom bomb but prefer instead to fusion reaction more electric for everything not take oil or gas need some saving leave alone on earth because protection to volcano for oil layer crust inside heat core on earth... if more learn atom bomb (nuclear weapon) recommand to private only military for protection any war... not good for safety weapons than sorry will alot of damage any earth and will die from radioactive... i hope get peace any world... trust it! (not include religious or races)
