You can't file a court order for that. You have to petition the court and your ex-wife has to show that she cannot afford to pay child support. Get an attorney.

You are not the judge, so you cannot file a "court order" for anything.

You have to file a complaint, petition or motion for modification, depending on the state and/or court, asking the court to amend its prior order by relieving the mother of her child support obligation. She can file an assent, which in some courts may result in the action being allowed without a hearing.

You should file an affidavit indicating why the mother should no longer be obligated to pay child support.

contact the family court in your county, ask them about filing a motion to that effect.
