I want to sue walmart as a customer...A piece of an awnning fell on me when I was having lunch with my husband because the wind blew it and the top came off. I submitted my claim to their insurance company and they called it "an act of nature" and denied my claim. THE AWNNING WAS NEVER PROPERLY SECURED TO THE BASE OF THE UNIT! And they put it back up the next day, finally after the 3rd. time it fell, they took it down, because it was "dangerous" however, I am now $600 out of pocket for medical bills from this incident. I can't afford an attorney, how do I pursue this case on my own?

please can someone help? my friends dont like each other and they always try to down play each other to me .always trien to get me mad saing how one might have done something or comment on there clothes or job just alway talkin crap about each other its so bad i cant even go out with more than 1 or 2 friends at a time and even that is sometimes hard.

We may have to move from a VERY warm area of the southeastern U.S. to the North Pole (Alaska). Maybe. I worry if this would work with our less-than-one-year-old Chihuahua pup. Will she adapt with a chunky sweater? Will we have to build her a dog run? Is it too late to teach her to use a litter box? She WILL stay with us - giving her up is not an option. I just wonder how we could best work with the temperature extremes...?? Ideas? Suggestions?

My husband & I are not getting along for a long long time and I really want to divorce. For the past 9 years (we dated 4 years and married for 5 years) he has been mentally and verbally abusive sometimes. And he has serious gambling problems that stressed me out every day. He just told me today that if we divorce and if I ever find someone and re-married, he will try to fight for full custody of our son (6 years old now). What should I do? Can he really fight to get a custody of my son?? I really don't want to lose my son and I am really scared. What should I do? Please give me advise! Thank you!

my cockatiels layed 5 eggs by time 5th hatched i found 2 dead,
thought maybe sick but following day found 3rd dead with foot gone,blood around the males mouth and checked on the last 2 and toe had been bitten and part of wing .these babies are between 7-9 days old ..i pulled from nest and made brooder ,got formula ..what i need to know is how exactly I know when crop is full??i know when full but i mean to point it to much?also can there wing and toes grow back?sometimes one just turns in circle .

When I was in grade school we were allowed to celebrate Halloween. Now, public school kids can't dress up anymore because some religions are offended. I think that bollocks! If those parents don't celebrate Halloween, keep your children at home on October 31st or whenever the school would have costume day. Why do they have to ruin it for the rest. We let them into our countries and how do they repay us? My making us change our Western traditions.

Some grade schools can't even decorate for Christmas now!!
