No not a big difference. It's only three years,but all people are different.Looks not much if any,acts yes should be more mature by 21,thinks should be somewhat different in some areas of thought.

Not really. Both ages are very young, and some 21 year olds act younger than 18.

While there isn't much difference, the 21 year old is probably more mature in having some life experience either at work or at university/college.

It depends. On the person. I am only 14 and everyone says I am more mature than most people in their 20's. But then again my father didn't actually start to mature until he was in his 30's.

It would depend on the person. Some people who are 21 look like they are 15, some look like they are 30 and some look their age.
Mentally people differ based on how they were raised, life experiences and their personality.

Not a "big" difference, but yes, I think there's a difference. There's some physical and mental growth that's still going on between those ages.
A lot depends on the person's experiences between those ages. Parenthood, for example, will make a bigger change than three years of aging.

it all depends.. everyone is different... some 19 yr olds may act more mature than a 21 yr old... or the opposite.... there's no difference in ages... the differences are on the way one thinks and acts

Not really other than 21 yr olds generally drink even more b/c they are of age and guy buy it themselves.
