You cannot even drive a car legally.
Get a bike, and learn the rules of the road first.
But your dad only has about 100,00 for the one you want. Not every much, not even enough for a decent bicycle

statistics show everyone will be in a car accident at least once in thier lives. get the one that has the best safety rating and gas milage. Also cops will pull over a (red)sports car before they pull over anything else.
