I like this guy who just recently went through a divorce, so he's not ready to get too involved with anyone. He and I have been very close friends for about 7 yrs now. I'd like to get more involved with him but not too sure how to do it. He's rather old fashioned, which is a nice change of pace. There are a few things this man loves...Boating, fishing, and his dog. I've asked him to take me fishing, cause it is something I would really like to learn how to do. I've asked him to take me boating, I've even brought treats for his dog. Yet he still won't take me fishing or boating. I'm not asking him for a date, I'm asking him, as my friend, to do these things with me. Something tells me he's scared, really scared, and I'm not sure why. Any suggestions. And before any of you say I must be fat, ugly or bad in bed...I am none of those. :)

this is the only BF i ever had that makes me get into fights constantly. if this is true he is innocent & hes not causing the girls to flirt w/ him then why hasnt this happened with other BF's I had in the past? is it cuz hes good looking than my other BF"s or is he just an asshole flirting w them behind my back & then when i see the girl flirting with him he will act innocent and say " girls only flirt with cuz they want to piss u off and see if they can steal me from u" is this true are girls that way by nature or is he a liar?

I have a problem with a neighbor. They have put up a gate at the entrance to my home. There has been no survey to show whether the driveway belongs to them or me. Please help, what can I do, do I have that right to move the gate? I don't have the money to pay for a survey, but I do need a way to get into yard. My grandmother, who lives with me is very old and sick alot, I am afraid that if needed an ambulance would not be able to get into my yard to help her, if something should happen.

Does anyone know if you can get fog lights put on the Scion TC for cheaper then what Toyota charges and if it will void your warranty going somewhere else?

Also, is it cheaper to have the blue lights and window tint done by someone else?

Granted, we aren't using paper anymore, and no little van needs to drive across the country to deliver our 50g of pen-written pages. But what I'm trying to get to the bottom of is whether sending things electronically is actually more environmentally friendly when you consider all aspects involved. After all, computing requires electric power, which in turn may require power plants of questionable pedigree (oil, coal, etc.) to be run, which pump out CO2 which comes from fossil fuels - whereas trees actually absorb CO2 when they grow, and paper only releases the CO2 that was needed to grow the trees back into the atmosphere when (and if) burned at some stage. So, long story short: Are emails really that environmentally friendly? And if so, by what margin, do you think, are they superior to paper-based messaging systems? Could it be that it depends on the number of emails you send per day? Or how quickly you fire them out, then shut down the workstation? Just wondering...

A for Effort: as in ABCDF, poor in academics but tries hard therefore C+ in math but "A for effort".

E for Effort: as in ESU=Effort, Satisifactory, Unsatisfactory

I was in the operating room with a 27 year old woman, a young surgeon, and 2 sixty plus old nurses and me, 40. The patient emitted some foul gas and the 29 year old says to the surgeon, OKay, which one of those nurses just s### her Depends? I mean, Bob Dylan doesn't have the best voice does he? And he's a legend. But then again, he did start out in the 60's and this is 06' and very different time. Do you think someone that doesn't have the "perfect" voice but is very musicaly intelligent can make it in this day and age?
