Sure, why not? My husband puts a big cup of ice behind his fan at work. Ya know, it makes more sense to put the ice BEHIND the fan, since the fan PULLS the air from behind, so it would then pull the cold off the ice and then blow it out and cool better.
I think so anyway. Geez I'm bored. I can't believe I just went into so much detail answering this question. I need to go to bed now. LOL

I saw somewhere that someone will or did make air conditioners that you fill with ice. Should prove to be interesting. But, yeah, I'll take 2 blocks for now, thanks.
