I dont plan on becoming too slim but just to make myself :) how do I lose about 5-9 pounds?

Take a run everyday try doing a mile or going around the block. Do 50 crunches everyday and make sure to flex your tummy when you come up. Walk alot. Put down the ice cream but DO NOT stop eating that is the worst possible thing you could do. Eat healthy. Try taking a step class at the gym or go on a bike ride. I hope this helped you a little.

limit the junk / unhealthy food and exercise a lot. you can add a new exercise schedule like pushups in the morning and night or swimming on the weekends. Remember to eat healthy; more fruits and veggies and be optimistic and happy with who you already are. =) Good Luck =) Being Healthy is the most important thing in life, without it you can't do anything.

Drink 10 to 12 - 8oz of water every 12 hours - cut back on the intake of sugar,bread,starches,sugared drinks, and desserts. Good luck!@

Well you can excercise and diet for a week and see how much you lose you know that is what most people do
