Depending on what you agreed on as a condition of your probation , they may be able to argue for the search to be legal . They can do surprise visits to your house but it may only be legal if you left your reefer or a pipe out in plain sight to give them probable cause . GET A LAWYER ! These people will send you to rehab , and add conditions to your probation that the judge never agreed to , to keep you in the system inevitably . A lawyer will squish this **** right now , and back them up too . A good lawyer will charge 1500 bucks to fight with probation as it is opening you case back up again . It is the only way you'll end the intrusions . Also , stop misbehaving . The end is inevitably jail and poverty until you straighten your act out . Good Luck . : )

They have to have a search warrant
or permission from the owner to search.

That's in general, not including if
you're on probation or something else.
