i love my mom and i know she loves me but.. it seems like she can't accept me for who i am. she's always saying that i'll look prettier if i was skinny like everyone else. during meal times at home, it's rare that she invites me to eat with the rest of the family. also, in public places [once even with my friends] she told me to put the food down or don't eat too much [even if i took a small portion]. usually, when her co-workers meet me they say that i'm pretty and blah blah blah and then my mom goes 'yeah. she's not concious yet'. which means, i'm not considerate about my weight and stuff. it's not true. i'm already trying to lose weight and it's working. it's like she wants me to lose weight in a matter of hours. i've had this burden with me for a long time.. and i don't want to confront her saying that it hurts me.. because she's going to take it the wrong way. please, someone give me some advice. =(.

I've never owned a dog before, but I've decided that I'd really like to have a chihuahua. I've seen a lot of prices, whats the normal price for a chihuahua? I'm planning on doing obedience training, crate training, loose leash, etc. Any advice? Warnings? Do they really bark a lot?

I was trapped in a small plane without a toilet.... the filght was 2 1/2 hrs. and I had to pee so bad about 20 min.into the flight and i ended up peeing in a champagne bucket that one of the other passangers had in her carry on luggage... (after landing ...she ened up giving it to me, I don't blame her)

2 night ago I had my boyfriend over...he kissed me on my neck a couple of times, and we frenchkissed and everything else. Next day my friend spots a hickey on my neck, some of my friends say its a hickey and some say its not. I dont know if its a hickey or not. On my neck i have a slightley purplish-blackish bruise like bump. Is it a hickey or not?

ok i just posted the hair straigtening help PLEASE! thing...but maybe a picture of my hair will help you guys understand how bad it really is and why it takes me 2 hours to straighten with my chi straightener...ok

I am planning to buy a used item on eBay through an antique store. The seller happens to be in California as well (Los Angeles County). Can he charge me sales tax on a used item? This item is not a car or house.

It has become apparrent that our "British" basic rights and standard beliefs have been erradicated, under this Government's stupid, wishy washy, acceptance of all things Human Rights, unfortunately these rules do not incorporate the indigeous people of this Island, who are Christian and pay Taxes for Health & Pensions. Please explain to me how someone can come into this country and automatically get Housing & Sickness Benefits. These situations do not exist in France or Germany, so why are we so gullible?
As an indigeous member of this country, I demand that this process stops immediatatly. I also demand that the minority of Muslim people integrate with the rest of the British People or return to a country that has the beliefs and Laws of their Religion.
The Indian, Sikh, Carribean and Chinese people have been in this country for years and have Integrated and enhanced our culture to the better. unfortunately the Muslim community has done nothing but try to exclude themselves from us.
