True Love and Romance both exist. Anyone can look for Romance and find it. The problem with Romance is that it fades with time.
When you stop looking, Love can find you. True Love is unconditional and, unlike Romance, does not fade with time. True Love is forever.
If you are looking for Love, the best you can find is Romance. You will probably be disappointed in the long run. If you want Love in your life. Stop looking and start paying attention to the people around you. Feel what is happening in your life and stop thinking about life and love. Love will find you. You just need to be aware of when it happens.

True love does exist. True romance exists also. It just depends on what you mean by like the ones in romance books. If you mean whether two people can find each other and fall head over heels in love with each other completely and unconditionally forever, then yes it's entirely possible. If you mean though whether it has the same ending where life takes the form of perfection where nothing ever goes wrong and it's a bed of roses all the time then, no. In real life, problems arise. The good thing though is that love always finds a way to conquer all.

True love depends on who believes it and on the situation. Like for example, if you've watched "Sex and the City", Miranda didn't believe in the existence of true love but when he met Steve who loves her even though she is a lawyer and makes more than she does, he was the perfect guy for her. It is hard to label who is your true love but a very definate answer to able you true love is that your true love should love you and be able to commit to you. True love exists in the perceptions of people. It's really about if you believe it or not. But in real life, people are more selfish and more complex.

it is a fantasy no it doesn't exist except in peoples' imaginations. there are moments in real life that may approximate the descriptions of romance love books, but this is usually lust and infatuation and it does not last forever. nothing lasts forever. just enjoy what you are given with grace and realize that true love is not what is defined in these fiction novels, but is something else- compassion, understanding, tenderness, passion!, giving, forgiving, nuturing, and devotion, it is not only a feeling but a choice on how to behave and how to look at someone and their actions and how you react to them.

Not really, that's why it's called fiction.
Sure people can fall in love and stay in love, but it's very hard work. We all have our own axes to grind, and way of living. Even though we love our partners, there are things that will drive us crazy.
That never shows up in movies or books, sometimes but rarely.
So be willing to do a lot of compromising, when it comes to love.
If you meet the right one, and you both do the work, then it can work.

no, and there i lies the problem, love like mentioned in book is what is known as excited love, that is the rush of feelings at the begining of any relationship, you never find fault in someone, everything seems perfect.. there is no such thing, mature love realize you love a person faults and all and accept them just as thye accept you faults in all, few people ever attain this judging by the high divorce rates. women go n believing in white picket fences and men in shinying armor, and fall for any guy who's a charmer, all the while ignoring signs that show the faults that either you can accept or not.
