I have only had one long term job that I feel like my supervisor would remember me. Everything else has been little summer jobs or on campus jobs with other students who I did not keep in contact with. Any advice for a newly graduated person?

Teachers, clergy if you belong to a church, a neighbor who's known you a long time and would say good things about you.

You can put any former supervisors, as well as teachers, who you think will say something positive about you.

Mentors, teachers, past employers that you have a good standing with (always call inadvance and ask their permission and see what they will say).

Usually references should be,the persons who you worked with.And they should say something about,what you did,how brave were you and these kinda things

Why not add your school principal or lecturers.

maybe you should write down some of your friends who know you well enough..
