I would like to be able to have a slice of bread, or bowl of cereal again or even a soda. But I can't, becuase it's all poisoned with HFCS. Why is this so bad? Isn't it like sugar. No. Sugar is natural and processed by your pancreas. HFCS is processed by your liver and turns it into tryglyclerides (fat in the bloodstream). It is the number one reason obesity is on the rise now. So they are deliberately making us fat and sick. That's just wrong. By the way, HFCS is ILLEGAL in other countries. Is America against us?

our apartment complex. There is gang activity in the town I live (pretty big town) and last night two guys (white and in their 30s -- my son saw them) drove through the complex and shot at vehicles. The sheriff did come and they said it was probably some kind of BB gun and yet this morning I noticed two vehicles (SUV size and their windows in the back were totally shattered). How could that be from a BB gun? I don't know much about guns but I'm pretty sure these weren't BB guns. Do you know anything about guns (are there POWERFUL BB guns?). I just can't imagine. It's a very quiet complex where we live -- this thing doesn't happen where we live -- it was strange.
