Probably behind the scenes just about every country in the world except the US. Cuba is no danger to anyone, and is very helpful to many countries in the world. Cuban people are hardworking and creative and are just trying to lead their lives as best they can. Cuba is a lovely country to visit and has much to offer the rest of the world.

In spite of the terrible injustices done to it by the US, Cuba has been a big help to countries throughout the Carribean and Latin America, providing doctors and health programs, among other things. Many countries admire the good things about Cuba (and not everything is good about ANY country), but are afraid to say so publicly for fear of making the US mad.
