It has been awile since I worked as a medical receptionist and on top of that this will be my first time working in a dermatology office. I need to refresh my medical insurance knowledge re: HMO PPO and so on. So that I can properly collect co-pays etc without missing anything so doctor never has to woory that he saw someone who was not covered etc. I need to refresh on everything i should know about HMO,PPO, Medicare etc, that way I know what I should be looking for each time I check in a patient. Thanks for your time. I will be starting this job soon. I need help fast =).

i have 2 boys ages 7 and 3, and a girl 5. i have been seperated from my husband for 5 months, he has visits on sundays with the kids, when he sees them. he got arrested and got offered 3 yrs. I noticed a boy staring at me in my class and he was cute. But I didn't know him. Then after a while I started liking him and I heard that he was tellin people that he wanted to go with me. But I didn't want a boyfriend then. And later on his cousin said that he said that he wanted to go with me and wanted me to write him a note. So I wrote him a note telling him i didn't want to go with him. And his cousin gave it to him. And I felt bad then after a while I wished I did go with him so maybe a week later I sent a note tellin him that I did want to go with him. Then he gave me back a note sayin that he didn't want a girlfriend right now. But I heard he went out with three other girls since then. its not from abuse,although this cat is kind of beat up-he's a stray and always gets beat up. He's very lovable and I figured maybe I could find him a home. i feel like i am hurting the baby if i sleep on my right side now and it seems to be moving when I do turn from side to side at night. Which is the best way for me to sleep without me feeling like I have smashed the baby and he/she is not in there anymore?

Is there anything my husband and I can do to get our 20 month old to want to do more with my husband? My husband feels like our daughter doesn't like him. She crys ALL the time when he trys to do something with her, or if he trys to put her to sleep. (Ex. Last night he wanted to put her to sleep when it was bedtime, all she did was scream, scream and cry and cry, she was crying so hard that she seemed like she was in some kind of painhe tried everything to calm her down and to try to get her to lay with him) When I put her to bed she goes right to sleep with me. She cried for almost an hour 1/2 before he said here I don't want to make her hate me anymore and he gave her to me) I don't know why she is like this or what I can do to help him feel better and reasure him that its not him. I am a stay at home mom and I am with her all the time, I think that is part of the reason. Is there anything that my huband and I can do to get her use to him doing things with her.
