I try curling my hair but it is just too straight...too straight that it wouldn't stay in shape!!! AARHHGGG!!!! >.<

i have the same problem as u ... it so straight that it wont just stay there .. next week im getting a perm u should do the same... it lasts like a year

There r many ways to curl ur hair...most effective would be after u wash ur hair let it dry...dont use a blow dryer. Then after its dry use a curler and take a little biit of ur hair at a time...not too much. Leave the curler in for about 10 sec. If ur using an old fashioned curler...leave it in for 5-6 hours. After ur curls turn out like what u want them...put in hairspray...this will help it keep it's shape.

Well there allways is the perm...but it can turn out REALLY bad. you can also use a curling iron which usually works very well. Also to keep the hold of your hair easier dont wash your hair everyday, use a shower-cap or towel in the shower. Dirty hair has more texture and holds better. Curlers make big curls if thats what you want, but everytime you want to curl your hair make sure its a little dirty (wash your hair like every other day or every 2 days)

Take the hair by the ends, and curl with a hotcurler...Upon finishing a curl, spritz (means to put hair spray lightly on the curl),and then roll immediately. repeat until all your hair is curled and in rollers. I recommend you do this at night, in the morning, take down the rollers and WHALA...You have curls...Lightly spritz agian, and add a little hair sheen for a gloss..

go to the salon and get some curl lock, it really works! Or you could have the people at the salon curl it for you for like 15 bucks!

Have you used rollers and bobby pins to keep them in place, or the ones that have a latch to keep them in place.I think it's L'Oreal that has them. You can always use a curling iron too. What are you using ? Maybe you can get it professional at your nearest hair salon too.

Try getting a body wave at a salon......then when you use a curling iron it will curl nicely and stay.

Try using a curl enhancing product like Aveda 'Be Curly' lotion. Also, you may want to try using a diffuser and spray gel on your hair while it's still wet.

Go to a beauty salon or beayty school and have them give you a spiral curl set! That is what I do when I need curls!
