I don't want a real estate agent, they can only search similar properties which sold. I'd like a bank estimator to find out how much of a mortgage they would allow on the property but banks themselves haven't given me the name of their appraisers as their appraiser is an employee... Since there isn't a potential mortgage, the bank itself isn't involved.

My "friend" said she wanted to throw me a baby shower. Months later I asked her about it and she said she didn't have any money to throw on, I told her not to worry about money that we could do one for cheap or nothing at all and even have it at my house. Well now I only have 4 weeks left until I deliver and she has avoided me for about a month now. I haven't asked her about it because I think it would be rude. So basically is it okay for me to throw my own shower? I really want on bad but can't ask anybody else to do it and I don't have any family. So... would it be bad for me to throw my own?

Sometimes, I wonder if God is listening to me because I am such a sinner. I think I am pretty humble and try to be thankful for a good day at work and a good job and good people to work with. I always try to say thank you Jesus when something good happens and I always pray before I start an IV because it hurts and I dont want to have to stick my pt more than 1 time. It really works! Do most people pray every day? Do you think God does more for people who pray in groups of 60, or does he hear my single prayer and understand. I just am curious why people think if a hundred people pray together for something, it is more effective than a single prayer from one person.

I want to start up a new business and compete with my current employer. I kind of feel bad. The reason I feel like I need to do this, is I have stopped growing with in the company. Is it possible for me to lose ten pounds of my waist, hips, and stomach in two weeks. I wanna imprese my best bud who is coming home from iraq in two weeks. He is in the army. So far I have toned my whole body in the past month except my stomach still needs more work. I wanns be able to do all the physical training with him because he hates working out alone plus I wanna suprise him. What I look for in a female are characteristics and qualities that make them up. Too many guys today look at females as sex toys and easy to get with. Although I have an old fashioned approach to a girl, many dudes just have any way with them. Guys i'm telling you now, the sex will be good for only a second but after that, it's all downhill from there. Your "quick relationship" will soon turn to nothing in days and then you would have wished that you hadn't have done that. I'm trying not to preach about relationships like that, but that's life. We should treat females with more respect than we do. I'd like to hear your imput on this subject.

When I was younger, i used to be very ticklish.
About 4 years ago, i figured out (by accident) how to control myself and make myself not ticklish anymore. (PS: dont try it - you will wish you were ticklish again).
But now i want to be ticklish again and i do not know how. Any ideas?

I went out with this dude for a week,LAST YEAR and i broke up with him and he wont stop calling me.
