Is it possible for me to lose ten pounds of my waist, hips, and stomach in two weeks. I wanna imprese my best bud who is coming home from iraq in two weeks. He is in the army. So far I have toned my whole body in the past month except my stomach still needs more work. I wanns be able to do all the physical training with him because he hates working out alone plus I wanna suprise him. Sot any suggestions like a fat free snack a good salad or maybe a fun abs workout? Thanks!

Healthy weight loss, the kind that stays off, is done with an average of 1-2 pounds a week. So in two weeks you should be losing no more than 4 pounds. However, exercise and toning plus a good diet can cause you to lose inches. So, you would actually look thinner and toned even if the weight hasn't yet come off.

Just keep working out when you have the time and eat healthy. Remember, healthy doesn't mean starving yourself. That is a good way to just end up fat in the long run. Eat a variety of foods. Try to get a lot of fruits and veggies. Watch your portions. Drink lots of water.

One of the best and most fun workouts is Carmen Electras Fit to Strip. She leads you through stripping routines. It is soooo much fun and an excellent workout. It really helps with toning. She has a four disc series.

It is possible, all thought it might not happen. The best way to lose weight fast, altough I would not advice as a long term diet(maybe 3 weeks top),, is eating fat free protein(egg whites, chiken, powder protein...etc.) and just green vegetables, because this causes your insulin to drop which actions the fat to be realesed from storage,, A more extrem way would be to only eat fat free protein... Oh and don´t forget to drink allot water,, and none of those diet drink(unles sweetened with splenda) which rise insulin and if gasified cause cellulitis and your tummy to swell. I suppose it's possible, but losing that last couple pounds is the most difficult. Also, a loss of about 2-4 lbs. per week is considered healthy.

Eat yogurt and pecans for the 2 weeks and do curls in your exercise routine.

Hey my friend just stay away from anything sugary and keep working out like you have been.
Breads, carbs, so on.

I lose 5 pounds in my sleep every night, so I'd think it would be possible.
