When I was younger, i used to be very ticklish.
About 4 years ago, i figured out (by accident) how to control myself and make myself not ticklish anymore. (PS: dont try it - you will wish you were ticklish again).
But now i want to be ticklish again and i do not know how. Any ideas?

For starters, you need to be able to trust the person tickling you. You need to know that he/she will respect your wishes, limits, concerns and desires. You need to trust the he/she will stop whenever you need a break or whenever you feel that you have had enough tickling. You need a partner who’s main goal is to keep it safe and fun for both of you - not just your partner.

Once that is in place, you need to convince yourself that it is ok to laugh when you are being tickled. Sometimes you might need to force a little laugh out but, in time, it will be natural.

There are other “toys and tools” which can help, too. One of the first things I would recommend is restrained tickling. You can buy comfortable restraints and allow your partner to tie you in a spread-eagle position on your bed. When you are restrained, you tend to feel more vulnerable and you are more at their mercy. As long as the trust, respect and desire to keep it fun are in place then you will have a great time.

You might also want to have your partner apply a generous amount of baby oil or massage oil on your body. This will enhance the tickling sensation greatly. There are a few toys that are also very good. An ostrich feather offers a gentle, pure tickling sensation and can be very erotic in the right situations. A nice sable-fur paint brush is also a great tickle toy offering a pure tickle. It tickles more than the soft ostrich feather and it can also be very erotic in the right situations. If you want stronger motivators, see how well you can handle a hair brush on your feet. Or better yet, how about a Sonicare electric toothbrush. Wearing nylons may also make your feet more ticklish.

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All you need to do is these 5 easy steps and your subject will become ticklish at your command!!!!

1. There is a shakra located laterally alongside the heart that is very sensitive to changes in local electromagnetic fields. Influencing this shakra is the easiest way of making someone ticklish.

2. Put two fingers about 3 cm apart on this shakra. Put pressure on one of the two fingers but NOT both!!!!! (This is key because the shakra will form a conduit circuit with the fingers. It is necessary to be sure that you maintain the 3 cm distance AT ALL TIMES!!!!!!)

3. Now the conduit circuit has been formed between you and your tickle subject. You are almost there!!!!!! This next step is critical and if not done properly will need to be repeated indefinitely. Being ticklish is as much psychological as it is physical. You're actual physical sensitivity probably hasn't changed much but you've trained your mind to block it out. Maybe if you could find a way to remove that block, like hypnosis or something, you would be ticklish again.

the best way to get ticklish agian is to try and rmber on place you were ticklish and ask somen to tickle you ther but mack sure to do sothing else. anouther good way is get confartuble restants and befor youo get in then take your sockes off have a tank top on so he can get the armpits and then read a book so you dont know when he will tickle you or where

just relax and breath in and out evenly, think of something else and ignore it. im really ticklish too but if i do that then i can stand it.

I've controled it since I was a child, and can switch back and forth. The trick is to catch yourself off guard and not in the mindset of controling it. It can be done.
