i weigh around 115 and im 13 and about 5'2. am i fat??????? and if possible, please list the reccomended weights for different heights and ages.

My business partners owe me money and have written a check lesser than what they owe. They agreed to pay me in that amount but they took some other bill and deducted from the actual amount that they owe me without discussing the bill with me. Basically, they took my money without asking me. Do I have the right to sue them? Can I win if I go to a small claims court?

1.Hinduism is an unorganised religion,so they are not united and
2.Because of corrupt political system,politicians are just worried about vote bank and they are not willing to take action against any society or part of society which gives them vote.
3.The Neo Gandhis/White Gandhis are not loyal to people of this country,they just want their dynasty in India.
4.Politicians are uselessly Powerfull, the power of politicians is not in the favour of people of this country as they are highly corrupt.
4.India alwas begs for protection to US,and just complains about terrorism to US about Pakistan.
5.Political system is power less,it gains power through the system of government worker but now is insulting them,MAINLY FORCES now.
6.unorganised Society with corrupt motive can not rule much.
7.History suggests that India is always ruled by a minority.
8.India has also seen so called Hindu parties and third front,they all were just hungry for the power,and did nothing as they had declared.

I want to increment or decrement the value of a field in a mysql table and i was wondering if there is an easier way than what i thought of...
1. Get value, 2. value++, 3. Update value on Mysql.
That seems really inefficient to me (2 query calls just to push a number up by one), so i thought maybe mysql has a function to do this automatically. Thanks for the help.

my hubby married me for all the good qualities he liked about me. I'm very family oriented, love children, was cheerleading when we met, active in the church, very nice and caring and i have lots of friends. after we were married he complained that I was too nice to people and how they don't care about me and used to threaten to leave when we argued until one day when I showed I'd be fine with it. it's ok for me to show him love, support and attention, but when I am happy for someone else's achievements or new baby etc. he thinks I'm being too nice. what do you think the real problem is?

That must be so much fun. Everytime you walk in the room people are just waiting for you to talk because they know that no matter what is going on, you're somehow going to bring up Jesus.

That must be so awesome to be able to make people uncomfortable all the time.

Plus you get to walk around with that smug sense of satisfaction because you KNOW (and they don't) exactly where everyone is going after death.

On top of that you don't need to have proof of anything. HOW EASY! You never have to debate anyone ever again. Just say 'Because god made it that way' and you automatically win.

Best part of all is you can tell people exactly what you think and say that you are doing god's work.
Don't like that your co-worker goes to strip clubs?
Tell them they are going to hell.
Think your daughter dress too slutty?
Tell her she is damned.
Sick of paying taxes?
Start a church.

That must be the life.

I cannot stand the new job I started 2.5 months ago. What I interviewed for and what I'm doing are two completely different things (what I am doing now is a completely new job in a field I have NO prior experience in). I want OUT and to find a job in my old field. How can I tell prospective employers about what I'm doing now and why I want to leave. Should I even put my current position on my resume?

I have a 5 month old kitten who won't stop trying to nurse. We got him from the shelter, and he was 9 weeks old, but already in a "kittens only" cage with a bunch of others from other litters. I don't know the age he was origionally taken from his mother, but it was done before we got there. When we got him home he continuously came to us to try to nurse - earlobes, fingertips, anything that was the right size. Since we thought that he was taken from his mother too young I let him suck on my pinky finger and it made him happy, even though he never got milk out of it (obviously) we have tried a bottle but he does not like it, he will only lap at it like a fountian. Now he's older and we can't get him to stop. If I don't let him suck my finger (and I don't let him at all anymore) he will "nurse" on a blanket, pillow, or sometimes on his own fur (he's long hair). He has plenty of healthy kitten food, lots of water, and a kitten that is a few months older as a playmate. Any suggestions?

Have an 1988 Olds that was down for repairs for a while. During this time someone left the door partially open so of course the battery died. No problem, we took it to the shop and the stuck it on a slow charger overnight. Brought back the battery yesterday hooked it up and the car started perfectly ran it for about 5 minutes and then shut it off.

Today went out hit the door locks with no problem, put the key in the ignition and got the indicator noises tried to start the car and click. Nothing else just one click and now it's dead again. Any clue what would cause it to drain that quickly overnight? No lights were on and like I said everything seemed to be fine until I tried to start.

the gov't wants to go to the latoni river 12-15 miles in lebanon rockets go 43 miles or more whats the point? the policy of shooting bad guys surrounded by civilians seems to me if our police force did that there would be lots of complants from the public.
