how do i get my back and forward buttons back on the left part of the browser page its driving me nuts i cant?

i cant fix it, help! it moved all by itself this is twice this has happened

Right Click in a blank area to the extreme right, and on the same line as where the buttons should be. A little window opens and should give you the CUSTOMIZE option. Select this option and another window opens called Customize Toolbar, Scroll all the way up to the top under Available Toolbar Buttons, simplky select Back, and Forward then ADD them via the Add Button.
