I took the dog to the vet a couple days after adopting her. Her ears are fine. The doc says she is okay. But my gut is telling me diffferent ly. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

This is just an idea that I had that probably has many scientific flaws in it, but just thought if there were any chemistry majors out there, they could help me to answer this question. Liquid oxygen is extremely cold. I had an idea about using it to cool off large areas of ocean that a hurricane would immediately pass through, and as the oxygen dissipated, it could possibly help somewhat with the depletion of the ozone layer by adding oxygen to the atmosphere. I know this sounds like a simplified idea, and it is. Understand that I am an extreme novice with an idea.

Here are some of my concerns:

Would liquid oxygen dissipate too quickly to cool off large areas of water? Would the churning of the ocean just bring warm waters quickly to the surface and negate the liquid oxygen? How much liquid oxygen would it take? Is it possible to make this much? How could it be delivered to an area in mass quantities?

Just an idea. Wanted to see if this has any merit whatsoever.

Ok i wake up everyday in a house that i feel i dont belong in, i wish i was some where else, i do all i can to get out of this house but nothing works, i finally find a plan to get out but then i realize that would ruin my life so much more. i feel like my life is useless and nothing good will come out of it. I think i finally found my goal in life but theres no way to fulfil it without losing everthing I live for and want so in te end i can never fulfil this goal for myself because it would just make me lose pretty much my life. Is this what my life should be like?? Im only a teenager and im not depressed, im actually a very happy go lucky girl who stuck in the middle of the real world, and her fantasy.

I went to register my son for school last week and noticed this girl in the 6th grade very much pregnant... What the hell is going on in this world, that these kids feel the need to have sex and then end up pregnant..Dont they realize sex is for mature people? Im not a prude or anything but why would kids want to throw their entire child hood away for one night of pleasure and in the 6th grade I wouldnt think they would know what pleasure is. Why cant kids be kids and leave the mature adult stuff to the adults??

I know several people who love the Civilization series of games and want to know other similar games. It is easy enough to find games like Age of Empires that have a similar concept but one of their favorite things about Civ is that it is turn based and not real time. They want to be able to take their time when thinking out their turns.

If two , who have become One through Marriage, cannot ' WALK WORTHY ' and be honest with each other , HOW on earth CAN THEY be HONEST with the LORD ?

DIVISION in the Home , breeds Division in the so called Church .
You may be able to HIDE IT from other brethren , but you can not HIDE IT from the LORD, who will do the Judging on the last day .
And the GUILT that they carry , will cause them to seriously CONDEMN their brothers and sisters in the Lord . It never fails .

So TELL ME, now my brothers, how do you honestly rate ?

Do you believe that what is referred to as the Church today , are the Christian people ?
Do you believe that you were CALLED by the Lord ?
Do you believe during the time that Paul wrote his letters that the term vocation ( from the Greek ' klesis ' ) meant a calling to or a life's work ?

One story said that he died in 5 minutes.
The other story said he died in 5 DAYS of extreme torture.
I'm pretty sure this is an urban myth, but how long would it take you to die if you did that, or would your body just vomit it up immediately?

I don't know if it is possible but I have the symptoms of both headache. I have a history of Sinus headache too. Let me describe you my symptoms. My eyes burn a bit, headache is only at my fronthalf and lower back of my head. I feel like I am about to sneeze all the time, when I do so, it feels better. I used to have problem sleeping.(till last week) I started having this after falling in depression.(not in depression anymore) physical activity aggravates it if I do it during my headaches. If I read something, or use my mind, it increases it. If I continue doing it, a lot of people started yelling in my ear, and I start imagining picture w/ messed up lenght and width. Drinking cool stuff relieves it. Which reminds me, I have a history of heat exhaustion. It gives me a feeling of loosing and irritation. Also, watching tv and sitting on computer worsens it.

My niece and nephew say their mother emotionally abuses them. She also keeps them in their house and has them do chores from 7 a.m till bed which is priority over school work during school. She moves them and hides them from us (Dad's amily). Their Dad is no longer a part of their lives' so I am lost on what I can do to help them. Next school year they begin homeschooling; my niece starts high school next year. They are both against it but fear saying that to their Mom in fear of punishment. They both want to live with me or their grandmother but we are at loss of what we can do according to California law. They also say their Mother does drugs but I have no physical proof of anything. Help please
My niece is cutting on herself and is depressed, my nephew has ADHD which she refuses to treat

I had already posted this question once in a different category, and got weak repsonse, so I thought I would try again in the cateogory I'm comparing with

I got all excited about the '06 civic si, but I want something cheaper. So I go looking at older rsx's, because I've liked those for awhile, but I want something cheaper. I want to get a small car with a 5 or six speed manual trans, that will throw me back in my seat when I hammer through the gears, that I can pay cash for and not feel bad about. I would also like it to be reliable for long trips. I know you tuner guys have some ideas, cause not all of you buy brand new '06 civic si's, or new rsx's.

Whats good out there in my price range?
