Being spiritual is part of being in a religion, so it depends on what form of spirituality that interests you. Buddhism offers a way of life of that spirituality and so are all other religions. You have to select one that you will feel comfortable with. Be careful of what your intensions are eg...if it's for peace of mind, buddhism offers that, if it's for getting into an intimate relationship with God and experiencing him yourself and to see God in every human being,Christianity and Hinduism offers that.etc. So what exactly are your motives?
