Today I need prayers for my son. He is in a detox in Florida and I am in CT. I ask anyone who prays any kind of prayer to please pray for us today. If you want me to pray for you let me know and I will no matter what religion or lack there of. If you are an atheist maybe you could just think of some nice thoughts for us or do some kind gesture in our name. I thank everyone ahead of time. Peace

The earth is a globe.A point on the equator completes one circle in 24 (roundly). As we move towards the axis of rotation at the pole in a strait line from any point on the equator , the speed of ratation should be progressivley reducing in such a manner , that it should be zeero at the center of the axis of rotation. The earth being a solid , compact mass , if there is such a fixed point at the axis that does not rotate , the earth itself would not rotate. But the earth rotates and there is no real fixed axis running through its center . What happened to the spot where the speed should necessarily be zeero ? A real fixed point at the pole will not allow the earth to rotate .How can we reconcile this position?

I just saw a 737 fly right over my house at about 1000 ft. In 10 years I have never seen that fly by my home so low. I'm kinda worried. If there is no airport in a 30 mile radius does anyone have any suggestions to why it was that low?

can all theist pray to god for terrorist so that, they may understand that there nothing better in life than love for others, they give up path of armed struggle to non violent mode of protests, similar to that Gandhi experimented in india and south africa.

1) there is only one god so there is no meaning in saying which religion is better, the only issue is to understand god better, lead a better life before god and men.

2) Time has proved different ethnicities, cultures, politics,religions, castes and sects can co-exist in a country and can be prosperous than any other singular society.

3) It is time for all groups to come together leave violent modes of protest including terrorism, come to an understanding in all possible areas that is having unresolved issues.

do you think there is hope for non violence in this world? if you do, please pray, ask your friends and family to pray with all their heart, so that people will leave violence and increase in love for fellow human beings
