The car is m reg 2 ltr runs ok when warm.
The car catches first time just wont run smooth untill warm.

Neither the radiator thermostat nor the oil pump have anything to do with this. Can't recall a more clueless answer!
Most likely the causes are a defective enrichment valve, engine temp sensor, or throttle positioning motor or sensor.

I'm with boston on this one, your enrichment from cold isnt working correctly, could be the automatic choke or a temp sensor, both easy fixes. Hyundai make fine cars so ignore the idiots.

Check your radiator thermostat and oil pump. Most relevant places for treating such case.
