Hi,for a free and good firewall try ZoneAlarm by zone labs not sure of addi but think zonealarm.com.
for anti spyware use as many as you can as none are 100% and they dont apear to conflick with each other.
Spybot
Ad-aware se.
and yahoo also have their own one which u should have on yahoo tool bar if you have.and microsoft also have one.all have free versions but be careful to get genuine antispywear as some spyware hide as antispywear.
go to www.microsoft.com to get theirs.
www.yahoo.com and download toolbar with antispywear on it.
and for spybot ans adaware i cannot remember addi but they are on all the disks that come with computer mag.or some one here will give addi for them.
avg is a free antivirus.it will be also on disk.when i find addi i will post them for u

If you want a good antivirus/firewall program with spam filter and parental controls etc. try going to www.f-secure.com and download the trial for 30 days before you buy.
