About how many calories do you burn doing those Tae-Bo exercise tapes? I did it for 27 minutes, which is how long it was, so, does that burn a lot of calories because I was sweating A LOT. Also, how much more calories would you burn if you did Tae-Bo for an hour?

i have been to iraq i did my time in the army (INFANTRY) i chose to get out. i know what alot of our soldiers are going through over there

It does not make sense!!!!!!! In order for you to receive some type of gov. assistance you have to provide evidence that you are an american citizen!!! This just shows to prove that illegal aliens coming through do not take advantage of this assisatance. HOWEVER, legal lazy, citizens do qualify. Immigrants work harder. There is a certain type of americans that just like to take advantage of the system, thats why they are so scared of loosing those welfare priviledges to a potential candidate that they know really needs the assistance. Scared? Don't be, these hard working individuals don't want it, htey just want to take care of their families not the gov. to take care of them.
