I have indoor cats. My A/C is out temporarily. Should I worry about them suffering from the heat until it's fixed? We live near Chicago, and expect more 100 degree heat. They love chilled water, so they're getting plenty of that. Any serious suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sadly, silly ones are fully expected. :-)

I liive in RI right now, and I've grown up here. I love the ocean.

I am getting my real estate license and RI is a hard market. I love the mountains so I was thinking of moving to NH. But then I got ahold of a real estate magazine from OK and they have ABSOLUTELY beautiful houses dirt cheap, and it looks like a good market to do business in, but I'm not near the water, and the land is flat....
I just want to buy a nice house, but NEED a yard, and I'm not talking about one of those tiny pieces of land with NO trees. I would like a nice yard with lots of trees and privacy, but not like a wilderness.... know what I mean?? I know I am picky, but I cant help it lol... any ideas??

I've been teaching for 8 years. Each year it gets tougher and tougher. But, I can't see myself doing anything else. What is the one thing you wish a teacher could do for your child? Have you ever met a person who you know shouldn't be anywhere near kids let alone be a teacher? Believe me I have!

I am 5'4" and I am obese by BMI standards. I have no energy anymore. Everytime my husband suggests we go workout I just want to cry. I use to be very slim. How can I snap out of this rut and get into taking care of myself. Serious answers please.

I dont get it. If I was a famous celebrity I could get away with drinking and driving, public nudity, and just flat out being STUPID. If britney spears would have been rejected from the mickey mouse club, shed be in the same situation shes in now only in a trailor with a fatter husband and probably on government assistance! I can never see myself ever getting married simply because I am very ugly. No woman would ever find me attractive. I have a big nose, a skinny face, a long neck, and balding. The fact that I may be alone for the rest of my life bothers me a lot, but I can't help it because I am ugly. Does anybody else feel like they will never get married because they are ugly?

My car wont start, I know it needs gas(its empty) also no gas tank, but it still wont start, It wont turn over either, It does not have a battery in it yet, but wondering why it still wont start, I have also noticed that the tires are in good shape on the top half, but each tire it flat on the bottom? what do I do?

It makes a funny noise when I throw things at it, could it be a muffler bearing? any help would be great!

I am planning on going back to school next semester, hopefully. The thing is that the last time I was in college(2yr) they took my financial aid away due to poor academic fulfillment and too many withdraws. I am planning on tranferring to another college(4yr), the things is that I dont have a job at the moment and I dont have financial aid, now my questions are: 1) Could I still apply for financial aid at the other instutution and actually get it? 2)Are there any loans that dont require me to have a job or good credit or to fill out the FAFSA? Thank you for your help before hand.

I bought a '97 Mitsubishi 3000GT with Yokohama tires. Apparently tho the tires were mounted backwards, i.e. the arrows on the tires showing which way the tire should roll when driving foward are pointing to the rear of the car instead of forward. This was pointed out to me by a mechanic also. So is this a big safety issue? I assume to change the tires back to the way they're supposed to be would make things worse? Thanks for any help.
