not everyone is built to throw that hard, im 14 and will be 15 in 5 monthes and i throw about 75 but i do know that it does not come with practice you have to be born to throw hard. don't keep throwing thinking you'll get faster because you'll throw your arm out. i would know i pitched a no hitter in the state tournament of indiana and we placed 3rd in state and 13 in nationals. i was pitching 60 at age 12, but it comes naturally. don't stress out trying to do it now. give your arm a good 3 to 4 more years, stay healthy and u should be able to pitch around 90. most people can they just dont know it.

Keep working on your mechanics. Get that down right and then try increasing the speed some. Once you get it right, increase more.
It takes lots and lots of practice and you have to make sure you're doing it all right. You don't want to hurt your arm or elbow (you see what Kerry Wood has done...went out there throwing the hard ball for too many innings in too many games and not resting it enough!).
If you can, talk to your parents and see it they can afford for you to get some pitching lessons. You could even look into making money yourself to show them you are serious about this (try mowing grass for neighbors, taking out garbage, walking neighbors dogs, cleaning up their yards of dog waste..I know it's gross, but it's a way of making money).
How about working with younger kids and teaching them baseball? Hitting, catching, throwing the ball? (this is to earn the money for lessons for yourself).
Good luck and just keep trying.

keep pitching to build up your arm strength (you know you can ask the biggest body builder with the biggest arms and he will not be able to throw 75 mph) just look at how small Kim with the Rockies is, build up your leg muscles, you have to be patient and work very very hard, also be careful not to injure your arm cuz if you do you may never ptich again, your still young and your body is still growing and developing, its better to ptich well in college than where you're at now

i'm 14 on the super diamond throwing around seventy 5 with very nicely accuracy, as quickly as you're throwing 60 with stable accuracy you will get cracked off of. you like velocity with it additionally. Btw baseball is extra complicated, you have wood bats on an analogous time as softball has massive barrel medal. A smaller ball is extra complicated to hit fairly whilst it ought to come ninety+ mph. Hits come off the bat speedier too. Softball is surprising i like women folk who play notwithstanding it would not and ought to never evaluate to baseball

Its rather hard at that age but not impossible....but its all about your motion and definatly make sure you snap ur wrist when releasing the ball to get that extra velocity...and as alway practice but be careful not to throw your arm especially at that age

That would take a lot of natual ability on that one, training doesn't exactly add 20 mile per hour on your pitch, you have to have gifts you were born with.

It's all about arm speed, and the ability to use your legs and hips to generate the arm speed and power. Pushing off of the rubber helps alot also, as it helps generate that speed and strength going towards the plate.

It is mostly in your legs. Lift weights, get in shape, know proper mechanics.
