What inspires me to write? I have several journals that have my thoughts and feelings expressed in them. I can write while being inspired by the day's activities and interactions with others. Recently I had started a blog and the subject matter was my adoring 2 cats. You have to find what would be considered your "muse" to motivate you. You can write about a vacation, a dream, a pet, a friend, or a funny situation. It can be anything or anyone who can inspire you.

I write poety when I an hurting or troubled. I write prose when I see a need or ignorance that needs to be answered. I love to help needy people discover the turth. We live in such an ignorant world.... and there are so many here on the internet mixed with sincerely seeking people... I try to reach the ones that I feel are really sincere. The left brain is the logical side of the brain, the side that uses reason and hard facts to make decisions. The right brain is the creative spark, the imaginative one, the side that inspires us to take risks and make changes in our lives. The left brain says, "Let's all calm down and think this through before making our decision." The right brain says, "To heck with thought! Let's take a chance!"

Left brain types are stereotyped as anal-retentive, uptight squares that have built-in calculators in their heads and practically have an aneurism if their socks aren't lined up in the drawer properly and right brain types have been deemed irresponsible, time-wasting dreamers who slack off work to doodle in class, and go into seizures when they have to balance their checkbooks

Ever notice that you tend to write when you are emotional?

Write when your heart is consumed with emotion,this is when the left side of the brain is weakest.

For me, I usually listen to a few of my favorite bands before I start writing. This helps me to get in the writing mood, as strange as that might sound :]. Most of my top bands have the most beautiful, intricate writing abilities I have ever heard/seen, and they inspire me. Writing should come from the heart, no matter what you are writing. So channel all of your feelings and emotions from that day, month, year, and summarize it on a piece of paper!

There are so many subjects and ideas to write about, but I enjoy talking, meeting and observing all kinds of people (I study their body language, behavior and experiences: I listen to people talking about their problems, what makes them happy, love life, their private emotions, etc.) that’s a major part of my research. I also read a lot about Psychology, Sociology, Geology, Medieval History, Astronomy, etc, and all things that on one way or another inspire and help me in my creative scriptwriting process.
