My car wont start, I know it needs gas(its empty) also no gas tank, but it still wont start, It wont turn over either, It does not have a battery in it yet, but wondering why it still wont start, I have also noticed that the tires are in good shape on the top half, but each tire it flat on the bottom? what do I do?
It makes a funny noise when I throw things at it, could it be a muffler bearing? any help would be great!

I am not sure of the year, make, it may be a truck or a car, just not sure. I do know when I bought it, and opened the hood, it had a BIG hole, it was just empty. That is not as bad as I just dont like the color! I am thinking about a stereo system to put in it, Solar would be nice. Thanks

lol at the question, if you want it to start
buy a gas tank and a battery and then hot wire it
and drive a few miles out of town and see if it can get you home...
and it can make an interesting sound if you throw a brick at it...

oh, you must have one of those newer ford or chevy cars, dont worry, just go out there, put cinderblocks under the axles and take the tires off, take them to your local gard store and ask for a fresh air refill, that should work! if all else fails, get NOS!!
