turn Him down for a date now and then. If you aren't busy get busy join something that gets you out more and involved with more people. It will make you more interesting as a person.

my best advice would be to just listen to what it is he is actually saying to you. don't read too much into it, bad or good. he may just not be that "into" you. if you are certain that he does have feelings for you, slow down, be yourself, and just go with the relationship as it unfolds. anything in relationships that is rushed ends up being messy, uncomfortable, and eventually falls apart.

I think that would be pushy and guys do not like to be pushed into things like that. Let it come naturally from him. I assure you, you will enjoy it lots more that way.
Don't be in such a hurry, enjoy your relationship allowing it to grow on its own pace.

Why would you want to have to prompt the guy to say something?

If he wants to say it, he will. Otherwise there is no value in what he is saying.

If you have to prompt him, maybe you are dating the wrong guy.

Well you have to be sure he really does like you...My best answer would be getting him a little tipsy and asking him what he feels for me and what was holding him back....

That sounds like manipulation...not kewl...let him say what he's comfy saying...he'll tell you how he feels when he's ready to do so...if you are wrong about his feelings, it sure could be embarassing for you...
