depends, are they walking towards me or away from me? Towards me would probably be the face first. Eyes and lips do it for me. Away from me,... well... come on, you know. The biggest thing though, when choosing a partner, personally, is their toes and feet and teeth. Proportion is also very important to me. One part cant be bigger than the other. Too big of chest or butt don't do it for me. Yeah, nice to look at from time to time but how will it look 20 years from now?

Well......this answer depends on how far away she is when I first see her. If she is a good distance away, then obviously the body is the first thing I notice. If she is close enough to make out her features, then the first thing I really notice is the face, and then the body as a whole, and if she's facing frontways or sideways her breasts....then hopefully she'll turn so I can see her butt. : )
If she is close up when I first see her, then it's the eyes. I always make eye contact with people right off the bat. You can tell alot about a person by their eyes. The old saying, the eyes are the window to the soul, is very true. You can see kindness, sadness, arrogance, anger, love etc just by looking into someones eyes. Personally, a girls eyes are what will first turn me on about a girl.
Butts are a close second. hahahaha followed by legs then face then breasts. Sorry....you asked though. But eyes have it all the way....If a girl knows how, she can make love with her eyes alone.

First I notice her face, together with her hair, centered on her eyes, and kind of glance a little lower at the you-know-whats, though I know I shouldn't really be focusing there. The bottom half of the body is mostly ignored, as long as it doesn't look fat, unless the girl is wearing one of those irresistable miniskirts with those frilly folds at the bottom. AAaaaaargh! Sometimes my eyes wander into glancing at the butt, but try not to stare, because I think it is wrong. I only became attracted to butts because of societal influence. I only became attracted to breasts, though naturally, around age 13. I had always fantasized about beautiful girls since I was 4 or 5, but it has always been about the eyes and the hair.
