Eat potasium rich foods like bananas & tomatoes and drink lots of orange juice. STRETCH your calves before you go to bed and again when you wake up.

I had these all the time when I was pregnant it would look like I had a baseball under my skin. If you like bananas eat at least one a day or more if you can stand them. If you don't like them or don't want the hassle, get you some potassium tablets. My dr. told me most leg cramps are caused by lack of potassium. These tablets are usually found where the other vitamans are. Hope it helps.

Cramps from what? Running? Women stuff? Life in general?
Find some good stretches. And take plenty of vitamin I (Ibuprofin). Plus ice your calves down regularly.
I'm a marathoner and they kill me after long runs. Thank god for ice packs.

When your leg starts cramping, rub a bar of soap (most any kind will do). It should take the pain away.
