It's so awesome! It brings back memories of when I was a kid, because I love the Tigers and each player now just like I did when I was 12.

It was a sweet game, 2 HR's for Clevlen (first 2 in the MLB for him), Casey got his first HR as a Tiger, Verlander got win #14, and Guillen got the cycle. Great game. GO TIGERS!

However, George, as good as this sounds, this was done aganst the Devil Rays, who don't exactly have me quaking in my boots. It would have been much nicer against the White Sox in Chicago, but when it's done is when it's done.
Clevlen is going to be a star someday and my opinion is Verlander could be the best pitcher that they've had since some guy named Jack Morris pitched for them in 84...
I remember that staff...Morris, Petry, Wilcox, Berenguer, then they had Aurelio Lopez (Senor Smoke) who went 10-1 on that '84 team and Willie Hernandez who had 32 saves that year

When Todd crusty-a ss Jones blows your leads once you are in the playoffs.
That's great that you have the best regular season record. It's all about the playoffs and no way, no how will the Tigers win it all.
