supposed to have less then 1600 to lose weight, but what if u have extremely low after subtracting calories burned by excersize? yesterday, after calculating food and excersice at the end of the day, i had only 714 calories.

I recently moved into a new house. It had been freshly painted but after a week or so I thought I smelled cat urine in the closet. One day I ran into a neighbor who told me that the woman who lived there before had four cats - one of which had a real spraying problem -he sprayed all over the house. There are a few corners I've noticed a faint scent but the only one that really bothers me is the closet. I think it is making my clothes smell! I washed the inside of the closet but it still smells. The closet opens up to an attic crawl space - I can tell the cat went in there because there are paint paw prints...there is exposed insulation in there so I can't really climb in there and scrub everything. Any ideas? Thanks!

Think about every male that you know(father,brother, male friend,male coworker,) and then truthfuly ask yourself who by far do you take for granted most, discount, do not give the benifit of doubt, and generally just treat like SH*T because you can. Most females if they can be truely honest with them selfs will say that it is for sure their mate the one they have had sex with.

Looks as if Europe is about to get involved in this Mid-East conflict the New Roman Empire is about to make it first apperance in this war stage yea i wonder when Russia is going to be next???
