The quote is wrong. It is "Put the bunny back in the box" and it is from Con-Air.

If it's supposed to be "Put the bunny back in the box", then it's Con Air.
The quote is said by Nicolas Cage's character, Camreon Poe, in the belly of the plane when one of the ruffians takes it out of the box. The bunny is a birthday present for his little daughter, whom he's never seen (as his wife was pregnant when he went to jail).
