After a 20+ year-long battle with acne, I was introduced to salmon oil. Within 3 weeks my skin completely cleared up, and has remained clear for 2 months. I'll take it for the rest of my life!

Yeppers. Okay, always remember to NEVER touch your face. Spreading your oils around different parts of your skin can be dangerous + your hands are some of the dirtiest things on earth.

The best natural way that I know of and use (and I only had two minor pimples in my life {7th grade} thankfully) is the towel treatment.

Keep your face dry. Do not use any face creams of any kind. No soap. Nothing. Water is the only permittable substance.

After your shower, fetch a clean towel and soak it into a bowl filled with nearly scalding water.

Then, squeeze the towel a bit and get the extra water out so that it doesn't drip all over your hands. Since the water is pretty hot, you wouldn't want a lot of water to drip on your face.

Next, raise your head at an angle in which you stare at the ceiling and quickly drape the hot towel over your face.

Count for 10-20 seconds.

Remove the towel and either get a fresh towel or wring it out.

Soak the new towel into nearly freezing water.

Remove the towel, tilt your head once more, and drape the towel over your face.

After counting down, remove the towel and gently wipe your facein a circular motion, closing the pores.

Allow to air dry.

At last, you should have a clean, dry face. After repeating this procedure atleast once a day for two weeks, your face should clear up. The difference should be significant.

Um, the best of luck to you, duder.

Being healthy within is being healthy without. Avoid caffeine, too much diary, chocolate isn't really bad for you, contrary to prior beliefs HOWEVER, it contains a lot of fat. Anything fatty - not a good idea. Try stick to a diet where you fast for 3 days every month and eat nothing but fruit for 4 (preferably after the fasting).

Provided your skin's not overly sensitive, try get your hands on some Cuticura soap. Use morning and night after splashing your face with warmISH water. Massage with your fingertips (not for too long!) then rinse with tepid water, followed by cool water. Don't forget to tone and moisturise (a light moisturiser).

For scars, try vit e (buy capsules if you must, pierce and apply directly to skin).

GOOD LUCK!

Mayonaise works really good. I also have heard that you can put it on your hair too to help moisturize it. Another thing u can use is tea bags. If you put them on your eyes It helps with wrinkles and are really nice on a hot day. I have tried those Apricot scrubs from St. Ives and they work really good. (go to the site and they have a profile /quiz you can fill out for your type of skin) Aloe Vera works well to calm the skin. Have you ever tried witch hazel? Thats cheap and you can find it just about anywhere. Olive oil works good to moisturize the face and help the pores. Just use a good anti bacterial oil free soap to wash it off when your done. Hope this helps.

My clients that have skin issues I always give Nettles, as it is specific for most skin conditions. Lemon Balm tea (strong - 1tbsp/cup, or 2 teabags) used as a wash in combination with that for bad breakouts. Also, avoid stimulants (coffee, chocolate etc) as they will tend to make any breakout worse. I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions.

You could have to much estrogen..most women do but it manifests in diffent ways... look at the link below of all the syptoms that estrogen dominance causes.
The other link is for the cream that i use to correct this problem...estrogen must be balanced by progesterone.
