I have been getting my period for nearly 5 years and for a while now its been VERY irregular,lasting between 5 days and 14 days, with 8 weeks between and then just 1 week. There has not been a change in my diet/stress levels, and not sure what to do, any comments would be helpful... thank you

The U.S should forbid that the companies introduce to the market products with high calories and also the portions of the foods in order to reduce tha obesity (I`ve never seen in other country that people eats big portions like in the US, I`m venezuelan and in my country all food are small, and people is satisfied with the food, also the foods don`t have too many calories). Are you acording with me??

whats a good meal replacement for TWICE a day for weight loss? I cannot deal with having to be around food or actually "making" something........ that spells sabotage for me... I need to just open a can or a wrapper.(for just a 2 week kick start)..thanks:)

After a whole year of dating this guy, he just dumped me for no good reason. I was trying to figure out why, he just told me that I didn't like his friends. To tell you the truth, I really didn't like all these other girls hanging all over him. Now,........I have cards, letters, gifts, e-mails, and all that kind of stuff. What do I do with it? It is SO hard. I kind of want to keep it, and yet, I really don't. We had "our song" and now every time it comes on, I start crying. I have never had to deal with anything like this. Movement causes the most pain. It doesn't hurt if I don't move it. The bicep and the top of my forearm are the most painful. I can't grab anything. I went to bed fine and woke up with the pain. Advil has done nothing for it even though it feels muscular. Maybe I've pinched a nerve while sleeping?

In the Scottsdale Tribune, I read that protesters of our Sheriff Joe, dressed their kids in prison attire and took them to protest him for following the law and doing his job. I saw video footage of protesters getting violent at the Minuteman parade. The threat of a violent situation with so much passion on both sides of this issue could escalate into a riot, therefore harming the children. Just wondering your opinon of kids getting potentially hurt at protests. I think you should protest,but keep the kids safe!

It seems to me that the US is convinced that world politics is like a John Wayne movie and that the US will fight the entire battle armed with a 6 shooter that never needs reloading.
Russia .........not you friend nukes tied to Iran.
China .........mulit million person army Nukes ( a lot of them) also not your friend. Strong ties to North Korea also not your friend.
Europe and emergeing super power with nukes and not really your friend either and it soes not have Israel listed as good guy friend ..........that could be quite a problem.
The Arab world and most of South America - oh you haven't been on the christmas card list there for a while have you?Experts YOUR experts are saying a 29-50% chance of a nuclear strike within your borders in the next 2-10 yrs!Look at the destruction of Japan LOOK at it.
