In the Scottsdale Tribune, I read that protesters of our Sheriff Joe, dressed their kids in prison attire and took them to protest him for following the law and doing his job. I saw video footage of protesters getting violent at the Minuteman parade. The threat of a violent situation with so much passion on both sides of this issue could escalate into a riot, therefore harming the children. Just wondering your opinon of kids getting potentially hurt at protests. I think you should protest, but keep the kids safe!
P.S. come here legally too.

They do this because they are hoping they will gain public sympathy!!! They figure (that since American people are so generous) that we will ALLOW them to stay, if they have kids!!!!

Also, that way,the ILLEGALS supporters can say,"Look what these "racists" did to my poor ninos"!!! And, if the kid gets HURT,so much the better for THEM!!! I mean, let's face it,none of us wants to see a kid get hurt!!
But, some people will do ANYTHING,for SYMPATHY!!!

But,since these people are STUPID ENOUGH to put their kids in that kind of danger, then it's their OWN damn fault, if they get hurt!!

It AMAZES me,how ILLEGALS and their supporters are ALWAYS calling the Minutemen "racist",yet there is not ONE incident that goes to PROVE their accusations!!!!
When the ILLEGALS had their marches, the ANTI-illegal protesters stood PEACEABLY by the road, with their signs, and it was the ILLEGALS who were shouting obscenities, starting fights, and HITTING grandmothers in the head with water bottles that were FULL!!!! BUT,when the Minuetmen had their march,WHO started the fighting??? Right,ILLEGALS!!!
Do we want those kinds of people in this country??? NO!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the most profound questions I have ever read on here.

It's child endangerment. There is no excuse for this. It should not be allowed. Doesn't this prove how irresponsible they are? I don't know about where you live but here, rarely ever do you see them watching their children. They play out in the road, unattended, and one child (Mexican) was stuck down by someone and killed here a few weeks ago. Where were the parents? They can't take care of the children they have and yet they continue to just keep popping out kids one after the other.

Some people don't know how lucky they are to be able to bear children. They should never be put in harms way. They didn't ask for screwed up parents. They didn't ask for any of this.

Some people are just stupid, some don't realize the inherent risks involved in protesting, some are so idealistic that they don't think it can escalate to violence, some want their children exposed to the positive and negative aspects of protesting and making their voices heard in our modern society. Maybe these wanted to make a point about the ages of people and the severity of sentencing, and so they used children to make that point. There are lots of reasons to include a child in protesting, but none of them really justify the risk of violence. However, since we're not really safe anywhere, and it can be argued that your child is safer with you to protect them than in most other places, who's to judge?

i think so called peacefull protesst they end up violent should end with all the particapents getting a 2000 dollar fine regarless of age and if they dont pay they will be sent to prisen. if the violence causes people to get hurt and some one is seriously injured then if possable there should be an investogation and if the perps are found then they should ether be placed in prison for 8 years or if the person was killed then they should be placed on death row.

People take their children to protests because children automatically draw more emphasis to whatever is going on! Putting them in possible harms way usually doesn't even enter the parents thoughts. They are there to make a point!

Let me try to say this as "coherently" as possible.

My children come before ANYTHING.....ANYTHING, so not only do I think it is wrong for any child to be at a "protest".... I find it equally irresponsible for the parent.

My children and my family are much better served when I.....vote, email, write letters, start petitions, contact groups and outstanding citizens in my community in support of my politics......rather than see me on the 6pm news....sweaty and holding a sign.

Coherent: logically consistent.......(just because MY logic doesn't agree with YOUR logic.....does not mean I am not coherent.......it just means we have different views.)

The kids got on TV, and it gets sympathy from the media. They have that left wing sob scenario down pat I would say.

Little martyrs would translate into big headlines for their "cause". It sounds to me like child endangerment. Somebody needs to call HHR, then deport these negligent parents.
