Um...all celebrities have SOME kind of flaws. Makeup fortunately covers them.
Oh...and Michael Jackson isn't the UGLIEST "celebrity". Trust me. There are too any of em to even try to judge.

I know this is really, really mean, but at the same time, maybe it'll help all of those stupid people who thinks so many celebrities are gorgeous and stuff when they're not! Anyway, my picks...:
Pamela Anderson- if you search, you'll find her without makeup and it is JUST UNBELIEVABLY SCARY.
Jessica Simpson- really!! They do such a good job covering up what's wrong and making her look gorgeous! She looks kinda weird without makeup...
Paris Hilton- yuck! Totally bizarre stick Barbie...
Uma Thurman- another bizarre stick! Though this time, with weird bug eyes...
Avril Lavigne- terrible, terrible...
Tyra Banks- yes, it IS true people!! lol. Again, check her out without makeup caked on her like usual...
Britney Spears- already WITH makeup and everything it's scary, but without? *shivers*
Oprah Winfrey- I love her and she has a lot of inner beauty, but, yeah... have to admit her inner beauty wins against the exterior....
Jennifer Lopez- freaky, freaky, FREAKY!!
Angelina Jolie- what a totally weird face...!
Demi Moore- a total SHOCK. I was stunned for two whole minutes after seeing that woman without the usual "emphasizers"...
Christina Applegate- don't know whether you know her or not, but she's a real fright from the usual gorgeous though fake image of her!
Teri Hatcher- alien from... somewhere....
Madonna- she's already barely acceptable WITH everything done to her looks' advantage, but without, she looks truly disgusting...
Christina Aguilera- no surprise of her being a monster....
Orlando Bloom- ugly shrimp...
Phew... getting tired! Can't list as many guys... there's so many female celebs that aren't as hot as people as say they are! It's incredible! I guess I should say thanks for asking and reading my answer! ;)
