Try a warm, not hot, bath with lavender oil. Drink a cup of chamomile tea and have a vanilla candle burning.
Have him massage your head and temples and alternate with your feet. Then reciprocate.
Sometimes busying ourselves trying to help others takes our minds off our ills.
Pay if forward. Do something nice for someone each day. Even if it's only saying "Hi"! Make this a part of a new regime in your life. You will feel so good about yourself that you won't have time to be depressed!! (Hopefully, that is!)
Never lose hope. Keep the faith!!
Good luck!!

I would try to talk to your husband about the issue. If thats not possible, maybe a close friend or family member. If yourre seriously depressed, Id suggest going into the doctor and seeing your options..good luck!

Oh, honey, I am so sorry you married an a**hole. Have your child and take dad to the cleaners in a divorce. What are husbands thinking when their wives get pregnant, and the daddy knocked these moms up? It's sick.

Talk to your doctor about your depression while pregnant, Maybe he or she can suggest a natural way to deal with it. Your husband may not how to deal with your depression, You might want to talk to him about being distant and how he can help you with your health.

Go see your regular doctor. He/She will either put you on medication or can refer you to a therapist who can help. As for your husband, talk to him. If you are depressed he is suffering too.

You should go down to the local restaurant and pick out a little hot blonde waitress and bring her home to pleasure your husband.
You can watch and videotape the experience.
That should make you both feel better.
Oh, and feed him lots of shrimp too. =)
